A Snowy Slow-down at The Farm!

Our projects are on hold, a fire is burning in the fireplace for the third day in a row, and Katie Fforde’s A Springtime Affair is by my side along with a steaming mug of tea and Charley (my Goldendoodle)! A white blanket of snow has ushered in a welcomed slow-down here at our farm and in our community. Schools are closed, students have a good old fashioned snow day tomorrow (1/18), and this librarian/farmwife is in her happy place!

Whatever you may be doing today, I hope you are able to take some time to enjoy the little things that make life so sweet. Whether yours is a quiet day like mine, or a day filled with squeals and laughter, wet snow clothes and hot chocolate, I hope you and yours have a wonderful day!
